Our Kitchen Guarantee
Every component we supply carries a written manufacturing guarantee from Sterling Grid Security Ltd. Cabinets are covered for twenty-five years.

Moisture and heat
The manufacturing guarantee excludes damage from excessive moisture or heat — the most common example being steam from a kettle or dishwasher directed at a door edge. Where a door sits above or beside an appliance that produces steam, fit a suitable heat deflector strip. With one fitted, the door remains covered.
What you need to do
- Measure in millimetres. We make to the sizes you supply.
- Check before you fit. Report shortages or manufacturing defects within 10 working days and before fitting, drilling or altering anything.
- Protect against steam. Use heat strips where doors sit next to appliances.
What the guarantee does not cover: fair wear and tear · accident, misuse, neglect or wilful damage · installation defects · incorrect measurements supplied to us · unauthorised modifications · use outside normal domestic conditions · improper exposure to heat, steam or water · failure to follow our maintenance guidance.
