DELIVERY
Delivery
We deliver made-to-measure kitchen doors and components across the UK. Choose the service that suits how much lifting you want to do.
Two delivery options
| Service | What happens |
|---|---|
| Standard Kerbside | Delivered to the kerbside. You provide able-bodied assistance to move components from the vehicle. |
| Premium Two-Man | Fully offloaded by us and carried to your property boundary. |
When your order arrives
- Check everything before you fit it. Shortages and manufacturing defects must be reported within 10 working days — and always before fitting, drilling or altering anything. Once a door has been drilled we cannot treat it as faulty on arrival.
- Count the items against your order. Trims, panels and handles often arrive as separate items.
- Keep the packaging until you have checked everything.
Access and failed deliveries
Please make sure the delivery address is accessible and someone is available to receive the order. If a delivery fails because of site access or because nobody is present, we may charge for redelivery, and a storage fee of £15 per day applies until the order can be delivered.
The price you see is the price you pay. The figure at checkout is final. We are not currently VAT registered, and if that changes during your order we absorb the cost on any order confirmed beforehand.
Changing your order
Made-to-measure doors are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period, because we cut them to your sizes. We do give you a voluntary 24-hour window from payment to amend or cancel. After that your order enters manufacturing.
